An Architectural Proposal for Registering Environmental and Cultural Change in, on, and about the East River (2008) The main element that takes advantage of the change is the theater; when compressed, it houses performances that require a stage and backdrop, and when extended, it provides space for more informal, interactive theater pieces and social events.
