ART DIRECTION
directed by Lauren Mancia; art direction by Katie Shima and Sarah Adina Smith Macbeth was an experiment in ephemeral set design, in Lerner Hall's heavily fire-coded black box theater. Our solution was to use multiple sources of projected video footage onto and behind the actors' bodies, a temporary checkered floor, and a careful choreography of blood dripping from the grid.
