STUDIO PROJECT

An Architectural Proposal for Registering Environmental and Cultural Change in, on, and about the East River (2008) This project envisions a future in which the East River is seen as an object of engagement and interaction and an architecture that would enable passers-by to more fully understand its ecology. This proposal would transform the waterfront into a floating landscape that would compress and extend with the flooding and ebbing of the tide. graduate school project; critics: Laurie Hawkinson with Sean Gallagher
