An Architectural Proposal for Registering Environmental and Cultural Change in, on, and about the East River (2008) With multiple programs depending on the season and time of day, the park would draw visitors onto, and, if they choose, into, the water; that registers changes in current and tide; and that provides educational opportunities related to harbor ecology.
